This is the name of the skeleton for the door animation.  The file is set-up in 3DSMax, and then exported.  Some doors need custom animations, which is why their names are different from those that are repeated.

This is the time the door should take to animate opening and closing. If left as ****, the door will open/close the normal speed. If it was changed to say, 5.0, then the door would animate opening over 5 seconds and closing over 5 seconds.
